Insulating and drying the walls

Problems with damp walls?

Problems with damp walls? Afraid that the mineral wool will get damp and will lose its insulation properties and ordinary styrofoam will keep the moisture in the wall? Here’s the perfect solution for you - our proprietary and patented insulation panels with the wall drying system.

The styrofoam insulates, special channels remove the moisture continuously drying the wall, and the advanced panel joining and installation system prevents formation of thermal bridges.
The wall drying principle is as follows: the moisture is removed from the wall by means of internal ventilation system in the panel. Vertical and horizontal channels are connected together creating a system of collecting pipes and the difference of temperature and vapour content at various heights causes the vertical air movement. The size and amount of channels chosen in such a manner as not to make the wall cold by excessive air flow, but to provide a sufficient flow to dry the wall.

Every 3 metres, the vertical channels are closed with film strips to allow access of fresh air and to remove vapour. Miniature ventilation grills (diameter is a few millimetres) are installed in the top and bottom part of the 3-metre vertical section.

Specially developed, the so-called “hidden plug” system prevents formation of thermal bridges.
Tongue-and-groove joints between panels are very tight and do not let the heat escape from under the insulation.
The facade can be finished as the walls insulated with traditional panels:
  • thin-coat plaster,
  • clinker,
  • stone,
  • etc.
